Customer quote management
With the history of sent quotes and their stages in the system, you will save time creating new quotes and make fewer errors entering the data needed. A quote prepared from the estimate is sent to the customer by email straight from the system. Like every project management module, customer quote management is part of the system and is available to users who have been given that permission.
The quote management module is for preparing customer quotes that include the most important information on the future contract and the project work discussed. Quotes can be sent straight from the system to the right customers, so customers get the information sooner and exactly as it was prepared in the system, saving time and avoiding errors.
The quote management functionality lets you assign the relevant tender to a quote, so the information matches the tender information. A quote can also be assigned to a project according to the planned work. Each quote in the system can have related documents assigned to it, which can be viewed later.
The status of each customer quote in the system changes automatically when that quote changes, i.e. when it is canceled or approved. The system has several types of statuses, so with filters you can view only the quotes you need or find a specific one. The system changes statuses according to the actions taken, so users get specific information with explanations and the filters they need.
