Sales document management
Companies doing project-based work are usually involved in sales. Whatever is sold – services or goods – sales documents have to be issued. To make issuing them easier, the system automatically generates the sales document for the services or goods provided and sends it straight to the accounting system, which can be connected to the Terra Project system.
The sales document management module makes the job easier and sends invoices straight from the system according to the user's instructions. This saves time for both system users and customers. This functionality also makes sure the right documents are sent to the right recipients without errors, with everything done in one place during the same work, without logging in to separate email systems. The system lets you not only send documents from the system but also download them to your computer in the format you need or print them.
Sales documents are created in the system based on the work done: customer invoices are issued, and the needed work and costs can be included in the sales invoice, or a single invoice can be issued for the whole project, according to the company's procedures. For invoice flows there is an integration with the accounting system the company uses, so there is no repeated work here either, errors are avoided and time is saved.
