Contracts are approved in the system once they are concluded, when the necessary work and terms are agreed. The step after the contract is the start of project work.

Each contract in the system is assigned its statuses, so you can always follow how the contract is being carried out. It also holds the contract information and the contacts and responsible people. The contract information also has the contract's documents assigned, which can be viewed or uploaded only by users who have been given access to contract information.
The Terra Project contract management module lets you view and manage contract finances and allocate them accordingly.
