Mobile apps are built to make it easier to give employees their tasks, mark their completion and pass completed work into the system faster. They also make handing over tasks easier, and submissions, remarks and new jobs are always visible in real time. The Terra Project mobile app is for employees who work on sites, receive work, track their working time and check that work is done properly. With the mobile app, they can send information about the work straight from the app – events and nonconformities – attach a photo and describe them.
The mobile app functionality lets you follow information on the current project, its estimate and other project-related information. Detailing each project, including its related documents, keeps employees properly informed about planned and current work, and lets them review its history.
It makes two-way communication between the employee and the system manager easier, lets them send updated information and messages in real time, view and manage their work tasks and upload the documents needed. Contract information arrives fast. With the app, tasks are available any time and anywhere, so nobody is tied to one workplace.
